Questions You May Have
Minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces with the same design and one color. 24 min. for 2 and more colors.
Submit your artwork in a vector format. Convert all text to outlines and leave in layers. If sending raster images, send to size and make sure they are minimum of 300 dpi. If you need some help getting your design ready for print, just let us know and we will be more than happy to help you out.
All setup fees are included in the quoted price. No hidden fees or extras charges.
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time signed quote and final artwork approval are received. We do offer rush orders for an additional cost.
Absolutely. As long as you are using the same design. On an order of 24 pieces, you could do 24 t-shirts order with 8 tees, 8 tank tops, and 8 hoodies.
Every order begins with a thorough review by our customer service team to make sure that each detail of your order is inspected.
It’s then sent to our art team where we inspect your designs and make automatic fixes like alignment, spelling mistakes, and even smooth out rough and pixelated uploaded images before setting up your design for the appropriate print method.
Once we’ve prepared your order to print, it then makes multiple stops through our production process where each t-shirt is inspected for accuracy and quality before landing at our final inspection prior to shipment.
Our goal at PPD is to make the ordering process as easy as possible. Fill out our quote form and be as detailed as you can about your order. If we are unable to provide an accurate quote with the information received, we will contact you. Otherwise we should be able to provide you with a quote with 1-2 business days.
We are more than happy to provide printing on customer supplied goods. Fill out the quote form and will provide you with a quote for printing only.
For garment printing we currently offer a print area of 12"x14" inches. For regular sized shirt your best keeping the print width between 8-10 inches wide depending on your design.
The first component when calculating the price of your custom t-shirts is the product. Our catalog spans budget-friendly options like the Ultra Cotton Tee, to trendy, super soft t-shirts like the Triblend Crew.
Next is the print method. For digitally printed orders, pricing is determined by the number of print locations (front, back, both). Screen printed orders take into account the number of locations AND the number of colors per location (ex. 1-color front, 2-color back).
Last is quantity. Ordering more of the same design lets you take advantage of price breaks and pay less per shirt. With screen printed orders especially, you’ll see huge discounts as you add more shirts to your order.

We can definitely provide custom names/numbers for your custom shirts! Custom vinyl names OR numbers are an additional $5.00 per shirt. Want both? Custom names AND numbers are $6.00 per shirt.

Other Important Information
Here at PPD customer service and satisfaction are a top priority. Before any product is shipped it is checked multiple times to ensure garment and print quality. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, we will work with you to make it right.
We check our products multiple times, but there are times a mistake may make it past us. It is your responsibility to check over garments when you receive them. Notify us within 72 hours of any issues with the order. PPD will not be responsible if notified after 72 hours of receiving goods. PPD will not be responsible for any lost income, if defective garments are sent out to your final customer.
Unless otherwise agreed upon or requested, all orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Tracking number for your order will be provided via email after the order has shipped. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise agree upon.
Although PPD utilizes the latest printing techniques, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over zippers, pockets or any other uneven surface.
We strive to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Any order printed differently than the mockup approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. If PPD is responsible for any errors in your order, we will reprint the shirt or shirts with errors.
Orders cancelled or modified 5 business days prior to the agree upon delivery date will not be subject to any penalties. Orders cancelled 5 days prior to the agreed upon delivery date will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have. We ask that if you need to make any changes, please do so within 5 days of the agreed upon delivery date. Order modifications may cause production to be pushed back.
